If you are having trouble logging into your account on one of the Preservica CE servers, please double-check you have the correct credentials.


1) Your user name should be your full e-mail address

2) Your password was either sent to you by the system or set by you after your first login.


If you believe you have entered your credentials correctly, then your account may have become inactive due to failed login attempts.  Contact your tenancy administrator to have them verify your account is active in the User Management module and if necessary, they can also reset your password using the Reset Password button.  You will receive an email with your new password if they choose to reset your password for you.
