If you are having trouble logging into your account on your Universal Access site, please double-check you have the correct credentials:


  1. Your user name is the local part of your email address without any symbols or punctuation i.e. my.name@example.com is myname.
  2. Your password was either sent to you by the system or set by you after your first login.


If you believe you have entered your credentials correctly, then your account may have become inactive due to failed login attempts. Contact your Preservica administrator to verify whether your account is active on the Users dashboard module. If necessary, they can also reset your password under Dashboard -> Users -> Edit User Profile. They will then inform you of your new password.
