This is because we are now displaying the Title field in the Explorer 'Icon View' whereas in v5 we were displaying the Catalog Reference at DU level. This has been changed in V6 to provide consistency across all hierarchical levels.
So your structure remains unchanged and this information is still available and can be accessed through the 'Grid View' in Explorer and is also in the identifiers section on the Properties page.
